Biscuit for lunch

My last day in NY (yesterday) was so sunny and warm, just walking around the city, seeing friends and having apparently a very American dish for lunch: biscuit (savoury not sweet) with sausage, cheese and avocado. Delish!

After a very pleasant (6 hours however) flight with Quantas, I landed in LA simply a HUGE city spread over like a big stain of ink.
