Aborigines and Palm Cove

I decided to learn more about the natives of Australia, who arrived here around 40 000 years ago: Aborigines.
I took a sunbus from Cairns and made my way to Aboriginal Cultural Centre. I learned about their beliefs, dance, traditions, cloths, food but also I practiced throwing boomerangs and spears!

After the visit I made my way to supposedly the most beautiful beach around Cairns: Palm Cove. It was indeed beautiful but the sky remained covered and it was forbidden to go into water except for a small fenced area as the sea is full of poisonous jellyfish which luckily I didn't meet any when I was diving.

Tomorrow I'm flying to Sydney!
