My friends Mirabelle and Andy (originally from Taiwan) who I met when bungy jumping in New Zealand (and she's afraid of heights!) took me to a very nice Taiwanese restaurant on my last night in Sydney. They were ever so nice to even offer taking me to the airport early morning the following day!
