Kangaroo for Easter

Konrad & Rodney with home I stayed in Sydney took me to Maroumbra beach for barbecue. Their friend Vinnie and my Swedish friend Christian joined us for some happy cooking on the beach.
Like in Cairns earlier where I cooked seafood for my friends, also in Sydney there are free public electric barbecues in parks etc.
You want to know how does kangaroo meat taste like? It's very lean, tender and mild. I really liked it!
